My favorite festival
My favorite festival is Spring Festival. It’s the most important festival in China. When it comes, Chinese people are busy preparing for it. They prepare delicious food,presents,new clothes and so on. On the eve of Spring Festival，the whole family gets together for a big dinner. They eat dumplings at midnight for good luck. The children go out and let off fireworks. On the first day of the festival, people wear new clothes. They give their best wishes to their friends and relatives. Children can get money from their parents. So they feel very happy.
Spring Festival is the most important festival in China, and it is also my most favor festival.
春节是中国最重要的节日，也是我最喜欢的节日。
It’s to celebrate the lunar calendar ‘s new year .
它是为了庆祝农历新年
In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .

In many places people like to set off firecrackers .

Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .
